BIG shout out to Brooks Huff on Padonia Rd. Those guys are awesome. I took my car in not realizing that they were about to close in a half hour. They said it might not be ready until Monday. They decided to take it back and do a quick test on it and concluded that it was just the battery that needed to be replaced. So not only did they stay a few minutes late to replace it but they gave me a great deal on it. The general manager was incredibly friendly and helpful and the staff were all professional and kind. I always go there for my oil changes but based on today, they have a loyal customer in me.
Fast great customer service good and informative gentleman will do business again
If you are looking for a shop you can trust, look no further. My wife and I moved to Baltimore about a year ago and have had a couple of issues with our car. There is a reason we consistently drive out of the city to have Brooks Huff complete any necessary service - everyone is kind, honest and will take the time to really explain the technical aspect of any auto issues. I know I don't have to second guess the intentions of the people fixing my car. Both times I've been in, Tim has worked on my car and been very forthcoming with any issues that arise. Thank you!
