Spectacular customer service. Fair prices and great work. Thought I needed a new alternator or something pricey, they advised i only needed a battery. Recommended work that I know I need and quoted a price significantly less than the dealer. AAA discount too which they put on without me asking. I've taken several vehicles there over the years and have always been very happy.
Today I experienced the kindness of strangers that I did not think was possible. To make a very long story short I have a brand new 2014 car. My husband thought it might be leaking oil. I really didn't see how this could be. It was brand new so I didn't think much about it. Driving down 83 from PA to DC my oil light went on. In a panic I stopped at two auto repair stores who refused to help me. I then went to Brooks_Huff. They took me right in. Lifted the hood and said it appeared that at my last and first oil change the wrong filter had been put on the car and that the engine might have been damaged. I was in shock. They looked over the car, replaced the filter and added oil. The engine ended up to be ok and the old filter was the correct one. What actually happened was a bit of a mystery. When I went to pay the bill they said "no charge". I stood there with my mouth hanging open. They worked on that car for an hour with no appointment and put on a new filter and added oil. When I protested all I got was "no charge, have a nice day." Three lovely young men made my day. Business's like this do not exit anymore. What an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much!!!!
Absolutely love the staff and care car they provide. I have been coming here for my oil changes and I always receive great service. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Hunt Valley store is excellent and everyone is very friendly. Guaranteed great service!
