I cannot say how Thankful and Greatful I am to the consultant M Gamble who made sure I was in and out able to get back on time from my lunch break. The service was excellent and he was courteous and knowledgeable. I thank Martin and Brookshuff for showing that not all tire merchants see a woman and see dollars. This will definitely be my go to place for any needs outside my new car warranty.
A pothole on Belfast road took a chunk out of my run flat tire. The team at this location quickly assessed the issue and had my tire replaced and I was back on the road later that same day! Very friendly and courteous! They even refilled my wiper fluid :)
Consistently excellent service and a friendly staff. I have had my vehicles service at the Brooks-Huff Hunt Valley location for four years and have always had a great experience. Store Manager, Matt Sheeler knows cars and cares about quality work. His staff reflect this same kind of commitment. When it comes to my family's cars, I want to know that everyone is safe.
