Staff friendly, personable, and professional. The showroom was welcoming and clean. Masks were worn by staff and area set aside enclosed with clear partitions was available for waiting customers. Suggestions were made for service, but without pressure. Next service needed will be scheduled at this location even with service providers closeby. Great representative of Goodyear Service Ctr.

The employees here are extremely professional and kind. I have been coming here for many years and have had excellent service. I know from experience that I can trust the recommendations and workmanship are what my car requires to continually feel like I’m driving a brand new car!

As a customer service advocate, I am honored to briefly share why I rated this business as a 5-star. I purchased a very good looking car from an auction (Jaguar Sport) and thought troubles were over by now having a vehicle to move around in. I thought the brake issue was very minor when in fact it was major. Through trial and error the worst happened as it pertained to the car BUT from the initial conversation of Mike, Tim and others, I learned about what was going on and what was needed to repair this car. In all, i appreciate the curteousness, the honesty and willingness to see me through such a challenging time. I am truly grateful for the morals instilled within this family busines that aligns with my philosophy, "Treat others how you wish to be treated more importantly, be a blessing." I will certainly refer this business and utilize it in the near future for my next vehicle. Thanks Brooks-Huff Family for all you do to serve others.
