My experience with Brooks-Huff in Hanover PA was exceptional. Chuck was the manager behind the counter and was very pleasant, friendly, professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. He explained the different options for my oil change as well and questions I had on tires. The showroom and waiting room were very clean with good hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this center without reservation.
I feel confident going there for my tire and wheel needs. I could have gone to my regular mechanic but chose Brooks huff bc they are experts in all thing s wheels and tires. They solved the problem to the noise up front and fixed the wheel bearing etc. The car runs smooth now. They are very courteous and willing to help in anyway. Very nice waiting room. Gave me a $55 coupon from Valpak! I also get my oil changed there.
