Had a tire destroyed when it had an argument with a curb. At Brooks-Huff, where I bought my tires, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I had, in fact, bought the road hazard policy many years ago. I had forgotten. John at the front counter told me that based on tire wear, I was covered for 100%! This company has always dealt squarely with me, and I intend to return as long as I own a car!
I cannot say enough about Brooks Huff. I needed new tires for my 2008 Toyota 4Runner and talked with Adam. He suggested a tire better than what my truck originally came with. I took my vehicle in on a Saturday morning and waited for installation. It only took about 45 minutes, actually cost $30 less than the original estimate AND a rebate!! I drove away a VERY happy customer. Adam knows his line of work like nobody else and his customer service is impeccable. In this day and age, it is refreshing!!!
Always fast and professional. Jason and his crew do exceptional quick work and keep me informed on items that may need repair or replacement in the future. I've never found myself so trusting and comfortable with a new Tire and Auto center as I have with the guys on Sunset Drive in Manchester. I've been going to them for over a year for oil changes, inspections and minor repairs and will continue to seek them out before anyone else. They are open, honest and sincerely care about your needs and experience.
I have no affiliation to this place and live in NY out of state. Car fixed in NY fell apart and thankfully ended up here. Had an extremely hard time with AAA and John who runs this place talked me off the roof with incredible customer service. He fixed this car perfectly and corrected every mistake NY made. I must of called him 30x and each time I took him away from his job but he was honest and helped me solve this insane problem. Able to get my nephew on the road and back to NY with a car that runs amazing now. I wish these guys lived closer to us as we would use them for all our cars. Just go there and you will see what I mean. Thanks from my family to yours. A++++++++++
